The United States imposed sanctions against members of the Peskov family and 12 deputies

The US has introduced a new package of sanctions against the "Kremlin elite" and oligarchs "who are accomplices of the regime."

The sanctions list includes :

• members of the family of Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov - wife Tatyana Navka, children Nikolai and Elizaveta Peskov;
• businessman Viktor Vekselberg (a yacht called Tango and a passenger plane with tail number P4-MIS are blocked, which, according to the US Treasury Department, are associated with a billionaire);
• 10 members of the board of VTB;
• State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin and 11 other deputies from the Communist Party faction who prepared an appeal to the president on the recognition of the DPR and LPR (Gennady Zyuganov, Yuri Afonin, Evgeny Bessonov, Leonid Kalashnikov, Vladimir Kashin, Nikolai Kolomeitsev, Alexei Kurinny, Ivan Melnikov, Dmitry Novikov, Nikolai Osadchy, Kazbek Taysaev).

Their property in the United States will be blocked. Restrictions also automatically apply to all legal entities in which the persons on the list have a share of at least 50%. Almost any transactions are also prohibited with them.
