What this design will be, one can guess: unlike previous purchases of this kind (and the textile industry is one of the pillars of the regional PR, T -shirts with inscriptions like “In the north - live!” Bought on an industrial scale), there is no description of the print in terms of reference, it is only indicated that it will be white, located on the front of the product, the text “will be provided with a customer”. The description coincides the Hoody, in which the Murmansk governor Chibis recently appeared in public. On the chest of the head of the region, a 20-centimeter letter Z flaunts, which has become a symbol of the Russian “special operation” in Ukraine.

The militaristic symbolism looks somewhat strange on the figure of Chibis, from the very beginning of his work in the Arctic depicting a hipster-technocrat:

The transition to the Militari style in one of the most militarized regions of the country has been expressed so far only in a hoodie, as well as light stretch marks with the letter V in the regional center. With the accompanying “special operation” by economic fall, officials are fighting in a special way: more and more scooping out of the budget. The fresh bill on amendments to the regional budget was found: if earlier subsidies from the reserve-anti-crisis fund were spent on benches and flashlights, now a hundred millions should go literally to nowhere-to the authorized capital of the Arctic element, information about which, as the control and accounting chamber (KSP) writes, is also absent in the materials to the bill, in the materials to the bill, And in open sources. As well as about the ANO “Governor's Lyceum of the Murmansk Region”, which, according to the plan of officials, should receive another 30 million from the budget.

Continues to receive funds from the reserve fund and the favorite of the Governor of the Center for Urban Development, now financing a non -profit organization is approaching a billion. Money goes to urban improvement, which the Budget Code refers to issues of exclusively local, not regional significance.

The deputies and the KSP have repeatedly paid attention to the inconsistency of expenses to the law, but this did not bother the prosecutor's office. During the governorship of Chibis, she took a very condescending position in relation to the fact that, to put it mildly, it seems like volumes in handling the law and the budget. So, the supervisory authority did not excite the supervisory authority from the Lexus Governor, called a gift from an unknown company. The installation of ugly parking lots on the territory of the memorial to the defenders of the Arctic - in the immediate vicinity of the Eternal Flame, on the territory of the cultural heritage object, was not surprised. A certain harmony has developed between the government of the region and the prosecutor’s office-for example, a touching touch to this picture: on January 14, a concert for prosecutors dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the department was held at the regional drama theater. Before blue uniforms, the group "Soprano of Turkish" performed. The purchase was carried out by the theater itself, which paid for the delight of hearing prosecutors 6 million rubles. The evidence that the birthday people have compensated the site for expenses cannot be detected. But such a generosity of the cultural institution, barely crawling out of many years of repairs and slowly returning to work, raises questions. And we asked them.

At the request of Novaya Gazeta, whether prosecutors paid at least something the theater for the holiday, the regional prosecutor's office with a noticeable delay gave the following “substantial” answer: “Carrying out events dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the formation of the Russian prosecutor’s office is organized in accordance with compliance with the requirements of federal legislation.” But this unsubscription cannot be considered a response to the request, as required by the mentioned federal legislation.

And the Ministry of Culture of the Murmansk Region did not answer the appeal of the editorial office at all.
