"Book House" lost an appeal

The Arbitration Court rejected the appeal of the “House of the Book” to the decision of the court of first instance on invalidation of the lease of the store with the house of Zinger. This was reported in the store "Paper."

The store said that the court supposedly “did not understand” the case file and as if “trying to finish the process at one meeting.” The store intends to challenge the decision in the cassation, its future “Bookstore No. 1” (the legal entity of the store) has not yet commented.
