How many St. Petersburg authorities are planning to spend on the PMEF-2022?

The city authorities plan to spend 63 million rubles on the exposition of St. Petersburg at the PMEF -2022. Attention to the corresponding purchase was paid by the New Gazeta.

As stated in the document , the purpose of the purchase is “improving the business climate” and “demonstration of city projects that play a crucial role in international cooperation and development of Russia”. The winner will have to prepare the design project of the future exposition and the business area next to it, as well as provide catering and much more. They plan to choose a contractor on March 22.

Another purchase that appeared in preparation for the forum involves holding events on behalf of the governor of St. Petersburg for 15 million rubles. Its goal is to “strengthen the image of the PMEF-2022 as a unique event in the world business community” and “Development of international cooperation”.

At the same time, more than half of this amount is allocated for food and drinks for "at least 1,500 participants." As stated in the terms of reference, the forum guests plan to treat the premium with vodka and wines corresponding to the categories of the wines of France and Italy, for "musical accompaniment lasting at least 60 minutes." The contractor has already been chosen-this is Gala-Rus.

The organizer of the PMEF - the Roscongress Foundation - did not comment on the information about whether the forum will be held in 2022. At the same time, the receipt of applications for participation has already been announced on the official website of the event, I paid attention to the “new”. The described purchases said that contractors must fulfill the terms of contracts no later than June 2022. At the same time, one of them says that the state order and the performer will coordinate the final date of the event no later than May 15.
