The fifth wave of Covid-19 ended in St. Petersburg

The head of the Health Committee Dmitry Lisovets said that the fifth wave of coronavirus had ended in St. Petersburg. His comment was published by Interfax.

- Now the weekly level of hospitalization, which we recorded in the previous week, is actually at the minimum level, which we had previously recorded between the first and second wave, even lower. Therefore, of course, we have every reason to say that the fifth wave ended.

According to the Komzdrava, there are more than 2.7 thousand patients in covid hospitals, another 1.4 thousand beds are free.
