The European Union after the United States imposed new sanctions against Russia

EU sanctions were applied to a larger number of Russian oligarchs and businessmen related to the Kremlin, as well as citizens of Russia “actively engaged in disinformation”, and companies working in the military and defense spheres, which “financially support the invasion”. In addition, the EU reports that I have agreed with the World Trade Organization to refuse Russian goods and services in the most favored nations in the EU markets.
“These sanctions will help strengthen economic pressure on the Kremlin and deprive him of the opportunity to finance the invasion of Ukraine. Earlier, the United States imposed new sanctions against Russia, which will affect elites and exports of luxury items. On March 15, the United States and Japan announced new sanctions against senior representatives of the defense sector of the Russian Federation and State Duma deputies.
