The former employee of the VGTRK Farida Kurbangaleeva, at the request of the Republic, talked with the current employee of the state television and radio company, who, on the terms of anonymity, told how his colleagues reacted to the act of Ovsyannikova and how the work on the state of state -owned operation changed since the beginning of the “special operation”.

All, of course, were dumbfounded and at the same time admired her courage. Basically responded positively. They said: "What a bold act, the girl well done, gave out in full!" Some were careful, one TV presenter asked what would happen to her now. It is clear that this may not be lowered on the brakes.

That night, we were put up at the entrance to Newsrum (the room where the presenter is the air. - Republic). They, apparently, are afraid that they will also come to us with posters. But I do not see the point in this. There are no outsiders here. But any editor who works in the news can go to the host during the air, everyone knows this. The poster can be drawn at the last moment.

Here, almost everyone is unhappy with this, as it is called, by a special operation. When ***** began, three editors quit, and another girl went on maternity leave early. Of course, I cannot say that it is because of *****, but I suppose.

About ***** they say: why was it at all, why they had leaked to Ukraine. I have one obvious patriot in the shift, he does not advertise his position, but it is clear that he is rooting for the Russian side. There are those who say: "We will now kill all these Naziks." Although what are the Naziki? But the majority say: "In my opinion, he has gone crazy." Everyone understands who exactly.

The mood inside the team is so -so. You will go out to smoke, everything is only talking about it. Especially unhappy with sanctions.

Prices simply took off, cars went up 2-3 times, some Lada Vesta costs 1 million 800 thousand. Medicines began to disappear from pharmacies. I had to buy one drug, I hardly found it on the Internet, then I went to the other end of Moscow. In pharmacies they are soothing: we have everything. But who knows what will happen in a month. In grocery stores, prices also rose great.

By the way, with the beginning of ***** we were decided, apparently, to appeal to money. The whole Kuterma began on February 24, and on March 12, I received a salary - 150%. As our bosses explained, for a good job. Money, of course, is always needed. But everyone understands everything: this is for us to continue to engage in propaganda and so that they do not protrude once again.

You know, probably, that we cannot call a special operation on the air ******. If we show the video, then only what sends the Ministry of Defense or we shoot ours (correspondents. - Republic), we do not take anything from the yutyub or from other social networks. We also have computers in our hardware for entering the network, now you can only go to the Internet from two cars. This is inconvenient, because the title sometimes needs to clarify something, for example, someone's position. The chief editor also needs to double-check something, even elementary stress. Why this is done - I do not know.

Among my colleagues, many actively put VPN. I know that out of 12 people, eight were installed in the brigade. The girls asked me to help them if they could not cope. And how else to find out the information? Not from our news.
