The State Duma is preparing to accept the dogma about the infallibility of the state

The State Duma is going to accept a new prohibition initiative, in the rapid passage of which there is no doubt.

First, they introduced criminal and administrative responsibility for the distribution of “fakes” about the action of the Russian army and the “discrediting” of its use “in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, to maintain international world and security”.

This reduced to negligible values ​​the number of media reports about the passage of “special operations” diverging with the official data of the Ministry of Defense.

The experience was recognized as positive, and now the same operation of United Russia Alexander Khinshtein, Andrei Turchak, Andrei Klishas and Vasily Piskarev want to do with information about the work of any state bodies acting for these purposes.

And now Khinshtein announces the rapid adoption of the law, saying that he will touch Russian embassies, traders, other diplomatic departments, as well as the Russian Guard, the Ministry of Emergencies, Rossotrudnichestvo and others.

Like, “Everyone who protects the interests of Russia beyond its borders is no matter whether they wear epaulets or not - should be reliably protected from any provocations, lies and“ chernukhi ”, as well as“ public discredit ”.

The Duma Committee on Legislation and State Building has already supported the initiative, and further the work of technology. Recall that the laws on liability for "fakes" about the army and for its "discrediting" were adopted and signed by the president within one day: they can, when they want.

The meaning of the proposal, of course, is extremely simple: to prohibit any independent or critical judgments about these Russian "state bodies" working abroad at a minimum.

Only official information about their activities will be considered reliable, and any other - obviously false, “fakes” or “discrediting”. With the prospect of administrative, and even criminal liability.

Theoretically, the fact of the inaccuracy of information or “discredit” by anyone should be established by the court. But taking into account the already established practice in cases regarding the actions of the army or assessments of the “special operation”, one should not hope that in relation to “state bodies” will be different.

Almost the same as the situation is now with the detainees on public actions: any evidence confirming innocence, they are considered “critical” or how (I quote the real decisions of the courts) “attempt to avoid deserved punishment”, and any testimonies or arguments of the police are considered as obviously truthful and not subject to doubt.

Moreover,

Almost certainly the State Duma will try (if not right now, then soon) to extend this principle to the activities of any state bodies in general. Regardless of whether they work abroad or in Russia.

To establish that "should not dare to have your own judgment."

So that only the fact that the state bodies themselves said about themselves or that state or winding media were considered reliable.

And everything else is “fakes”, “discrediting”, “knowingly false messages” and so on.

Of course, in such an information space - reliably cleaned from any opinion that deviates from the official - the power will exist very, very comfortable.

But it is worth recalling that the Soviet government, where complete unanimity reigned in the information space just as comfortable at one time.

Directly according to the well -known project of Kozma Prutkov, where it was proposed to introduce "one dominant opinion on all events and issues."

Remember what this led to?

To the complete destruction of feedback mechanisms between society and the authorities - and as a consequence, to ineffective and incorrect decisions.

There is no reason to believe that it will be different now.

And by the way, no one will discredit “state bodies”, including working abroad, which sometimes they do it themselves.

Especially when some of their senior representatives are speaking at meetings of the Security Council or write in Telegram.
