Barnaul was detained by a picketer who advocated freedom to political prisoners and independent media

In Barnaul, Vladislav Palagin was detained, who conducted a single picket in support of political prisoners and independent media.

He was delivered to the police department of the Zheleznodorozhny district.

11:10 Palagins were released from the police. It made a protocol on violation of the regime of increased readiness (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). People in civilian clothes, who threatened the detained criminal prosecution, came to the department.
