The Council of the State Duma postponed for April the consideration of the bill, which will oblige the conscripts to come to the military registration and enlistment office without a summons. This was reported in the base of the lower house.
The exact date is not given there. Thus, the rules for the call of conscripts will remain the same by the beginning of the spring call on April 1.

The bill passed the first reading in April 2018. They returned to consideration a few months before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and on February 22, 2022 he was accepted in the second reading. The third reading was planned for mid -March.
“Citizens subject to a draft for military service who did not receive subpoenas during the period of the end of the military service are obliged to independently appear in the military commissariat for receipt of the agenda under the receipt of the next call for military service,” the text of the amendments said.
Now, according to the law, the agenda about the need to appear at the military registration and enlistment office was awarded to the conscript personally and on receipt.
The amendments will also allow you to send the summons by mail by registered mail.
