A case against four Jehovah's Witnesses has been filed in Yalta court

On March 15, the Yalta City Court received a case against four Jehovah's Witnesses: Sergei Lyulin, Petr Zhiltsov, and the spouses Taras and Daria Kuzio. This was reported by the Sova Information and Analysis Center.

They are charged under "extremist" articles: Lyulin, Zhiltsov and Taras Kuzio are charged with the article on organizing an extremist organization (Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code). Zhiltsov and Taras Kuzio are also charged with the article on financing extremist activity (Part 1 of Article 282.3). Daria Kuzio is charged only with the article on financing.
