The "Book House" was closed

The Book House store in Zinger's house closed, users of social networks write. “Paper” tried to confirm this information, but representatives of the store did not respond to a request from March 21.

The book’s website does not work, the last publication on VKontakte was made on March 17.

The publication of Fontanka also reports on the closure: the publication says that equipment is carried out of the premises. And on Instagram they publish photos of an empty building and signs with the inscription "The store is closed for technical reasons."

The famous book left the room due to the conflict with the owner. On the site of the "Book House" they plan to open a city bookstore belonging to the government of St. Petersburg. His concept is developed jointly with “signature publications”, Polyandria Publishing House and the Russian Book Union.

Updated March 25 22:01. As the Paper was told in the press service of the “St. Petersburg Book House”, the company was forced to stop working in the Zinger house until April 3, since on March 14 the court rejected the appeal.
