Another protocol was drawn up on Ovsyannikov - about the "discrediting of the army"

Ostankino District Court of Moscow registered the protocol in the case of discrediting the Russian military to ex-editor of the First Channel Marina Ovsyannikov. This is stated in the card of the case On the court website.

The journalist drew up a protocol under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces. The punishment under this article is from 30 to 50 thousand rubles.

The hearing is scheduled for April 14, 15:30.

Former Channel One editor Marina Ovsyannikova on March 4, on the air of the Vremya program, went to the studio with a pacifist poster about Ukraine. She was detained. The court fined it for 30 thousand rubles for organizing an inconsistent public event - not for the action itself on the air, but for the video message that Ovsyanikova wrote down before that.

BAZA and TASS, citing sources, reported that an Ovsyannikova conducted a pre -investigation check under a new criminal article on "fakes", which provides for up to 15 years in prison. Materials were sent to the Main Directorate of the IC of Russia in Moscow.

In the Kremlin, Ovsyannikova’s act was called "hooliganism." The head of the Directorate of Information Programs of Channel One Kirill Kleimenov accused the former employee of betrayal.

After the Ovsyannikova campaign, already two journalists of the State University have abandoned their posts. In particular, the journalist Zhanna Agalakova left the Channel One, and journalist Vadim Glusker quit NTV, journalist Roman Super said in the telegram channel. He adds that on the “terrible commotion” channel, and all employees who came to work are carefully inspected. Also, according to the journalist, mass dismissals began at VGTRK.
