In Volgograd, the case of the former head of Navalny’s headquarters, initiated because of the song “Pornofilmov”, was closed

The police dropped an administrative case on the distribution of extremist materials (Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) against the former head of the Volgograd headquarters, Alexei Navalny, Yevgeny Kochegin. This is reported by the publication "Kavkaz.Realii"

In December 2021, Evgeny Kochegin published several posts on his Telegram channel in support of the Pornofilmy group, including a playlist that included the song “Kill Beggars!”. After that, the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Volgograd opened an administrative case. The reason for the termination was the expiration of the terms for bringing to administrative responsibility.

• On September 23, 2021, the Dzerzhinsky Court of Volgograd recognized the song “Kill the Beggars!” extremist material prohibited for distribution on the territory of Russia. On February 17, 2022, this decision was overturned on appeal by the Volgograd City Court.
