Two recordings were published on Twitter by journalist Maria Dubovikova. The wounded is interrogated on it. Most have wounds in the legs, on the heads of many are bags, one of the soldiers, as a person says behind the scenes, is broken by the leg. The first military man, which is shown close -up, unconscious. Another soldier says that he is an Azerbaijani and that he was in Ukraine, because an order came.

In the second video, prisoners are shot at the legs of a car. A man behind the scenes asks: "Who are the officers?"

The chairman of the IC of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to check the published entries. “According to some reports, unlawful actions took place on one of the bases of Ukrainian nationalists in the Kharkov region,” the department said.

Advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Alexei Armalovich, later spoke about the video. He said that an investigation would be conducted. “This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. <...> What is happening there has signs of a war crime <...>, which has neither an amnesty, nor the statute of limitations either in Ukrainian law or in international, ”he said in a conversation with journalist Mark Feigin.

Earlier, Armovich called for Ukrainian military and civilians humanely treat Russian prisoners. He stated that the bullying of prisoners is qualified as war crimes.

A few days ago, Russia and Ukraine conducted an exchange of prisoners of war according to the formula of 10 people per 10 people. The Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova clarified that there was also an exchange of Russian civilian sailors from the Millenial Spirit vessel for Ukrainian sapphires.
