The head of the city health committee Dmitry Lisovets said at a press conference in TASS that the deficit of preferential and vital preparations is temporary: "Contracts for their supply have already been signed, and within a week they will be put to the city."

Over the past week, out of 74 medicinal auctions in St. Petersburg, 19 did not take place-there were no drugs in Russia or a supplier due to the growth of the exchange rate could not participate in the auction. Officials intend to declare purchases for beneficiaries.

The Lisovets reassured the Petersburgers: “All the pharmaceutical companies and all the distributors who worked with us last year confirmed that they will continue to work and supply at least vital drugs.”

At the same time, Dmitry Lisovets believes that “price revision is possible, but we will proceed from the fact that the market of drugs is not closed only in those countries that have chosen unfriendly actions in relation to the Russian Federation.” What-did not specify, but expressed confidence that the "period of turbulence" will end when the excitement demand will be satisfied, and the suppliers will mean manufacturers in the countries of Southeast Asia.

“It is obvious that in a situation where almost the entire Western community has taken up on us, in which almost all the main manufacturers of the most modern drugs are located, it would be strange not to experience any anxiety and difficulties in logistics,” says Andrei Pavlysh, the chief freelance specialist, a clinical pharmacologist of Komzdrava.

He proposes to accept as given, that we all now live in a different world, so if we “sweep certain products from pharmacies and stores, this will only lead to the fact that normal life will be paralyzed.” Therefore, Andrei Pavlysh believes, “there is no need to make stocks of drugs that would allow someone specifically for many years to exist comfortably,” since this is not possible due to the period of storage of drugs and deprives the possibility of systematically ensuring those in need.

According to the official, “the problem is comprehended at a high level” to find methods of replacing drugs-if for some reason they stop supplying them-without prejudice to the quality of medical care.

Why did the prices of drugs and hygiene items that are produced within the country have risen several times if the substances or raw materials are not purchased abroad for them? “The exciting demand gives rise to suppliers the desire to receive dividends in the form of additional income, so the longer we will mark the packaging of toilet paper, clogging them with the trunk of cars, the longer a similar situation will be maintained,” the head of the comzrava said. - I ask everyone to calm down, to acquire what it is directly necessary, and not to do these meaningless reserves.
