The American company Johnson & Johnson has decided to suspend supplies of personal hygiene products to Russia. This is stated on the official website of the holding.
The company cited the reason for this decision as “an increase in the scale of the humanitarian crisis” caused by the war in Ukraine. At the same time, supplies of medical equipment and medicines will continue.
“We continue to provide steadfast support – including job security, transport, housing and financial assistance – to our employees and their families in Ukraine. Above all, we remain hopeful for a swift resolution and will continue to monitor the need for additional humanitarian assistance,” Johnson & Johnson said in a statement .
The company owns such brands as Clean & Clear , Johnson's Baby , Listerine, OB and dozens of other personal care brands.
