In Moscow, near the FSB building on Lubyanka, the police detained Maxim Kopytin, who was standing with a poster "Russian Spring". He himself told OVD-Info about this.
Kopytin was taken to the Meshchansky police station, where a protocol was drawn up against him on violation of the rules for holding the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), after which he was released.
As the man explained, the message of his picket is that "people who speak the same language should live in the same country."
