On March 27, Evgenia Isaeva arranged a performance near the building of the City Duma. She poured over a jug of red paint and launched a poster with pacifist text. Then the activist spread her hands and stood, repeating: "My heart was doused with blood." The police detained Isaev five minutes after the start of the action. The activist also brought a canvas with an anti -war manifest . On Isaev and the young man who was with her also drew up a protocol on violation of coronavirus restrictions.
