The US Treasury has imposed new sanctions against Russians

The US Department of Finance on March 31 introduced new sanctions against 13 Russians and 21 organizations. They are mainly associated with engineering developments and actions of Russia in cyberspace.
The restrictions were limited to the Research Institute "Vector", JSC "Mikron", "Certal", "Worthy Engineering" and other technological companies, whose activities are closely related to military developments.
"Russia not only continues to violate Ukraine’s sovereignty with its unconquered aggression, but also strengthened attacks on the civilian population and settlements,” said US Finance Minister, Jaanette Yellen.
On March 24, 2022, the United States included 328 deputies of the State Duma of Russia and the State Duma itself as an institution. Also, the head of Sberman Gref, the wife of billionaire Gennady Timchenko, heads of a number of defense enterprises in Russia, several dozens of companies related to the Russian military-industrial complex, fell under the restrictions.
Sanctions against Russia - for the "special operation" in Ukraine were also introduced by the European Union, Great Britain, Japan and other countries. They relate to both individual citizens and entire sectors of the economy.
According to the number of sanctions imposed against the country, Russia by February 24, 2022 bypassed Iran, Syria and the DPRK.
