Komi: A resident of Ukhta was fined 60 thousand rubles for posts on social networks

The court in Ukhta fined a local resident in two posts on VKontakte, the Komi Courts of the Courts said in the united press service. In one they found an insult against Vladimir Putin, in the second - "fakes" about the army of the Russian Federation.

The “offensive” post contained the President’s image and the signature using non -normative vocabulary, the second post with the image of “two persons dressed in the form of troops in which there are distinctive signs of soldiers of the Russian Federation”, with commentary, “discrediting” the actions of the Russian military. The press service emphasized that both records were published after the start of the "special operation" of Russian troops in Ukraine.

A resident of Ukhtu in court did not deny the publication, saying that she did not consider an entry on a personal page on the social network an offense.

The court estimated each post at 30 thousand rubles.

According to "network freedoms", more than 220 administrative cases were instituted in Russia under the law "On Fakes".
