The Khimki City Court arrested environmental activist Alexey Dmitreev for another 12 days under the article on disobedience to police officers (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). The Union of Marxists reported this in a telegram.
On March 24, the court arrested Dmitriev for eight days under the article on organizing an uncoordinated action (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). On April 1, the period of administrative arrest under this article expired, but Dmitriev was not released due to a new arrest for 12 days.
On March 11, Dmitriev was arrested for 15 days after being harshly detained in his own apartment. On March 9, Dmitriev was searched; he managed to tell his associates that he had been beaten by an FSB officer. The activist was left overnight at the police station and taken to court the next day. There he became ill, but Dmitriev was not taken to the hospital, and then returned to the police department, where he was again left overnight. At the same time, it became known that a report had been drawn up against him under the article on disobedience to the legal demands of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code).
