The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined Anush a panel of 40 thousand rubles under the article on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to anti-war posters. This was reported by the United press service of city courts.
Also, Petersburger was arrested for 10 days according to the protocol on the organization of mass simultaneous stay of people in public places that entailed a violation of public order (part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
According to the court, in the evening of April 2, Panina went to Sennaya Square with two posters, "which undermine the authority, image and confidence in the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the country." According to Petersburger, its goal is to “launch a chain of questions that people need to think about,” the press release says.
According to the press service, Panina made posters on multi-colored paper "by analogy with prostitution announcements in order to attract the attention of a wide range of people."
