Golikova: In Russia, they will create an online control system for drugs

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova said that a special online system will be created in Russia to control the availability of drugs.

This system will be developed along with the coordination center of the Government of the Russian Federation. All the main freelance specialists of the Ministry of Health on clinical profiles will be connected to it. They will be able to track the availability of drugs both within the regions and in the country as a whole, and if necessary to contact the main specialists of the subjects in order to prevent a reduction in reserves.

As Golikova emphasized, the regions have all the resources for the uninterrupted provision of patients with drugs and medical products.

“The analysis of the remains of drugs from the list of vital and most important drugs indicates that they are enough for the activities of medical organizations and ensuring our citizens. The price of them is regulated by the state, ”said the deputy chairman of the Russian government.

In addition, the responsibility of the wholesalers for malfunctions during deliveries to the pharmacies was introduced, purchases from the only suppliers were simplified, and a leading financing of medical organizations was introduced at the expense of compulsory medical insurance.

Demand for a number of drugs in Russia grew by 10 times, on March 27 the head of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation Murashko.

“For some drugs, 10 times. At the same time, the most amazing thing is that the expiration date exists for those drugs. Moreover, a number of them are very short, up to two years, ”the Minister of Health of Russia was sincerely surprised.

Why the Russians began to agitly buy Murashko’s medicines for some reason did not explain. Previously, the same Murashko said that in the medical services a reserve of drugs for the compression of drugs will be enough for 3 months. The Ministry of Industry and Trade promised that the vital drugs of respected Russians would be enough for a period of three months to a year - the ministry did not explain what such a large scatter of the deadlines was connected with.
