In St. Petersburg last weekend, various courts of the city arrested 30 people who participated in inconsistent shares. Of these, seven people were fined, and mandatory work was appointed eight, the United press service of the city courts reports.

Two cases were returned to eliminate the shortcomings, the consideration of the three was postponed. The decisions of the courts have not yet been made on all materials received.

One of the participants, Anush Panin, the Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined 40 thousand rubles for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

On the evening of April 2, Panina went out on Sennaya Square and held two posters with the inscriptions “Kira will never see dad again”, “Natasha thinks that his brother went to the exercises”, “Masha was waiting for her son home,” “Angela lost a dream,“ Snezhana hides his brother’s funeral from her mother ”. The court considered that these inscriptions "undermine the authority, image and trust in the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the country."

The activist said that she opposes the special operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, and made posters "to make citizens think about" current being "." She believed that the inscriptions on the posters "can launch a chain of questions that people need to think about."

In addition, she was arrested for 10 days in connection with the organization of mass simultaneous stay of people in public places that entailed a violation of public order (part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

On March 4, the State Duma accepted immediately in the second and third reading the amendment to punish up to 15 years in prison for Fakes on the actions of the Armed Forces of Russia. On the same day, the law was approved by the Federation Council and President Putin signed. After the adoption of this law, Article 207.3 on Fakes about the actions of the Russian military was added to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The changes were also made to the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

After the adoption of the law in many Russian regions, the police began to detain people who publicly disagree with the special operation or simply demonstrate pacifist slogans. In relation to them, protocols on the " discrediting of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation " are drawn up.
