Great Britain, as the current chairman of the UN Security Council, refused to give consent to hold a meeting of the Security Council on events in the Ukrainian city of Buch, where cases of mass murder of civilians were discovered. This was reported on Monday in her channel, the official representative of the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova.
“Yesterday, in the worst English traditions, Britain, presiding in the UN Security Council, did not give consent to hold a meeting of the Security Council on the situation in Buch. Russia today will again demand the convocation of the UN Security Council in connection with the criminal provocations of the Ukrainian military and radicals in this city, ”Zakharova wrote.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation demanded to convene a meeting of the UN Security Council "in the light of the glaring provocation of Ukrainian radicals."
The first pictures of dozens of dead in the settlements of the Kiev region appeared on April 2. They had people in civilian clothes with tied hands, they were killed.
The Russian military department responded to these publications after almost a day. The department said that Russian troops moved from Buchi on March 30. On April 1, the same Ministry of Defense said that Russian marine infantrymen are stripping settlements in the Kiev region to gain a foothold in them.
The head of the UK, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the Main Investigative Department to analyze and give a procedural assessment of reports on the murder of civilians in Buch.
SK claims that "all materials published by the Kyiv regime about the crimes of Russian military personnel in the indicated village do not correspond to reality and are provocative."
Now investigators will decide whether to initiate a criminal case under an article on “fakes” about the Russian army (207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
