The authorities of the Trans -Baikal Territory introduced a special regime for concluding state contracts without trading and auctions. According to the new order signed by Governor Alexander Osipov, the supplier of goods and the executor can be one.

Changes to Federal Law No. 44 "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to ensure state and municipal needs" The Governor explained the goals of "protecting the national interests of Russia from unfriendly actions of foreign states", writes the "Zab.ru" publication.

Now to determine the supplier or executor on state and municipal orders will be specially created for this "headquarters to coordinate the development and implementation of operational measures to maintain the economic stability of the Trans -Baikal Territory." To submit to him for approval by the Contractor or Supplier will be the governor or "a person acting as chairman of the regional government." The composition of the "headquarters" and the principle of selection of its participants are not specified.
