The suburbs was appointed the fourth administrative arrest in a month

The Khimkinsky City Court arrested 10 days of local eco -activist Alexei Dmitriev. This is his fourth administrative arrest over the past month. The court decision is reported in the telegram channel of the Union of Marxists.

Dmitriev was found guilty under an administrative article on the initiation of hatred or enmity (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The protocol for it was drawn up due to a meme with a reference to the “special operation” in Ukraine, published on a social network.

At the same time, the activist had not yet managed to sit on the previous administrative arrest of 12 days, which he was appointed on March 1 under the article on disobedience to the police. Moreover, at the previous meeting he was taken from the special receiver, since on March 24 the court arrested Dmitriev for eight days under the article on the organization of an inconsistent action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), which took place in Khimki.

The first administrative arrest of 15 days Dmitriev was appointed on March 11. Before that, he was brutally detained in his own apartment. On March 9, they came to an activist with a search, he managed to tell his associates that an FSB officer beat him. The activist was left for the night in the police department and the next day was taken to court. He felt bad there, but they did not take Dmitriev’s hospital, and then returned to the police department, where they left again overnight. Then it became known that it was drawn up for him under an article on disobedience to the legal requirements of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

• On January 30, Dmitriev was already detained for organizing a public inconsistent event (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), and a week before, they detained after he participated in public control at the Grachevka River. At that time, a protocol was drawn up for it due to the lack of a mask (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
