The Association of Tour operators of Russia reported that Russian tourists were allowed to enter France without coronavirus tests and certificates of vaccination against Covid-19. This information was confirmed by ATOR at the French embassy in Moscow.
As the associations in the diplomatic mission explained, in April this year, in order to facilitate entry into France, a temporary exclusion regime for citizens of Russia and Ukraine was introduced. This means that the inhabitants of these countries are exempted from the need to present documents confirming the good reasons for the trip, as well as the tests for coronavirus and certificates of vaccination against Covid-19. As the ator clarifies, in the latter case we are talking about drugs approved in France or EMA .
Information about this is also published on the page of the French version of the website of the diplomatic mission. At the same time, on the Russian -speaking page of the Consulate General of France in Moscow, these data are still not updated , noted in the ator.
