Olga Bendas, a participant in the “palace case,” was placed in a punishment cell immediately after being transferred to IK-3 in Kineshma, Ivanovo region, at the end of March. Ivan Astashin talks about this on the Telegraph blog platform.
reports According to Bendas, the reason for placement in a pre-trial detention center was the situation that developed in pre-trial detention center-1 Ivanovo. There, the person involved in the “palace case” was faced with a violation of the rights of other prisoners in the form of not providing them with hygiene products. After which she began to demand that the administration of the pre-trial detention center comply with the law and provide hygiene products.
However, contrary to Bendas’ demands, the administration of pre-trial detention center No. 1 did not provide hygiene products to the prisoners. And Bendas herself was then transported to IK-3 of Kineshma, where she was immediately placed in a punishment cell.
