The criminal case of fakes about the army of Russia was opened due to the replacement of price tags in grocery stores with information about the hostilities in Ukraine and their consequences, lawyer Dmitry Gerasimov told Paper . As Gerasimov confirmed the “paper” , the case file is about replacing price tags in the “Crossroads” on Vasilyevsky Island on March 31.

“Network freedoms” wrote that Skochilenko allegedly posted leaflets with information about the shelling of the theater in Mariupol and the death of civilians. Gerasimov told the “paper” that he could neither confirm nor refute this information. “Sasha does not remember now what price tags and what was written there, the investigation has not yet presented us,” Gerasimov told Paper .

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has repeatedly denied its involvement in the shelling of the theater and still claims that the building was blown up by "Ukrainian nationalists." According to the city council of Mariupol, when the drama theater was destroyed, 300 people hidden there were killed.

Sasha does not deny the fact of posting information on the application of the military force of the Russian Federation in Ukraine and its consequences, but does not believe that the information was false, Dmitry Gerasimov told Paper . As a result, the investigation qualified the content of leaflets as “false information” about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, allegedly common due to political enmity, said Gerasimov’s paper .

Skochilenko takes place in the case of the suspect. At the time of the release of the material, there is no information that she was charged. The interrogation of Skochilenko lasted several hours - she was left in the police department before the court.

Sasha’s friend, who repeatedly participated with her in musical events, told the “paper” that the main idea of ​​her music is a free improvisation, “so that people who do not have a musical education, but really want to play, could not be afraid to pick up instruments and play together.” The interlocutor of Paper also said that Sasha conducted musical jams in PNI as art therapy.

After February 24, Sasha publicly spoke out against hostilities in Ukraine: she published anti -war cards painted for her, and also performed anti -war songs.

On April 12, it became known about the detention of the St. Petersburg resuscitator Andrei Macedonov in one of the shops "Lenta" of the Nevsky district. At the same time, as Macedonov said, only an administrative protocol on the discrediting of the Russian army is drawn up for it.

The first detainee because of anti-war price tags in St. Petersburg was a girl who photographed an anti-war sticker in the “tape”. She was fined an administrative article on the discrediting of the army.

The action with the replacement of price tags with anti -war leaflets at the end of March was proposed by activists of the Vesna movement. In relation to residents of the regions of Russia in April, due to participation in this action, protocols under the article on the discrediting of the RF Armed Forces were already drawn up and fines were written out.
