Kuzmin was detained at the exit from the Moscow-Pskov train, when returning from the party congress. The police did not let the deputy contact the lawyer, took them to the department and once made two protocols. The first is about the "discrediting of the Russian Armed Forces" for the publication of the recording of the direct broadcast of Channel One with the anti -war picket Marina Ovsyannikova, the second - under the article on "demonstration of prohibited symbols" for the pictures from the opening of Navalny's headquarters in Pskov. On one of them, a map of the passage to the opposition rally, on the other, Kuzmin poses with Navalny against the background of a banner with an appeal to vote for politics. Previously, the police had already drawn up the protocol for these photos on Kuzmina, but the court terminated the case due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

The court on the second protocol was appointed on April 17, before the meeting, the deputy was forbidden to leave the police department. Kuzmina was taken to court, but in the process the judge decided to transfer the consideration of the case, as the defense asked to call the person who had drawn up the protocol and ensure the expert interrogation. The new meeting is scheduled for April 28. “This is very ridiculous. But the eshniks, apparently, have a task - to get to the pole. And they do it without lingering it,” said Kuzmin.

The date of the deputy’s court for the publication of the Channel One video with Ovsyannikova has not yet been appointed.

  A statement to the police regarding the publication of the Gremyachi Tower was written by the head of the apparatus of the governor Vedernikov Sergey Dmitriev. In it, he said that he sees signs of slander in the post (Article 128.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and false information about the actions of the Russian army (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) - by it Dmitriev meant the use of the word "war".
  
  Kuzmin, Prokopyev, Schlosberg and Kamalyagin tried to challenge the legality of the search, but the court recognized investigative actions reasonable.
