The sixth package of European Union sanctions against Moscow for the Russian invasion of Ukraine will affect the banking sector, in particular Sberbank, as well as oil supplies, the head of the European Commission of the European Commission of the Ursula von Lyayen, the German publication, said in an interview with the German publication.
