The Tyumen Regional Court canceled the fine imposed on Daria Nosyreva under the article on “discrediting” the Russian military (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code) and sent the administrative case for a new trial. A resident of the region told Mediazona about this.

At the end of March, the Isetsky regional court imposed a fine of 30 thousand rubles on Nosyreva. According to , on March 16, the girl went out onto the Kurgan-Tyumen highway with a “No to War” poster. The document also states that the inspector of the Yalutorvsky police department, Mukha, “repeatedly during the month of March” received reports of pickets on the road, including from the head of the Shorokhovsky rural settlement, Larisa Stolova.

As Nosyreva told Mediazona, on the evening of March 16, police came to her home and handed her a summons to appear at the duty station. A resident of the Isetsky district went there with her husband. The district police officer began asking them to express their opinion “about the situation,” and also asked about their relatives in Ukraine and the reasons for the picket. According to the girl, she was threatened with a protocol for disobeying the demands of a police officer due to her refusal to give fingerprints.

“[The police chief] called his subordinates on speakerphone from his office so that they could find out the law according to which I am required to undergo fingerprinting, threatened with another protocol of “disobedience to a legal request of the police,” seeing that I did not agree, he sent us back to the district police officer’s office,” - Nosyreva recalled.
