Pskov: The court fined Schlosberg for the "discredit" of the Russian army

The Pskov City Court fined Lev Schlosberg’s policy for 32 thousand rubles per video on Facebook, judge Maria Emelyanova considered that he would discredit the Russian army. The correspondent of the North Realia reports.

Also, a fine of 30 thousand rubles under the same article was received by the wife of a politician - Jeanne Schlosberg. She was fined for publishing her own photograph with a poster containing the inscription "No war."

The police officers drew up the protocol for politics and his wife on April 14. For this, the guards and employees of the Center for Combating Extremism specially detained Schlosberg, who, together with activist Nikolai Glushkov, went from Pskov to Moscow to the Yabloko Congress. He stayed in the department for several hours.

- Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses is intended for people to shut up. They literally stopped writing and saying what they consider necessary and correct, about our country, the inhabitants of our country, our rights and freedoms, about the policy of the authorities. The ideal goal of this article is so that people are afraid to even think. It is impossible to achieve this goal, ”Schlosberg said after the detention.

- Both Jeanne and I said that our publications do not discredit the Russian army. I considered the act of Marina Ovsyannikova socially significant action. My post concerns the state of Russian journalism. We have not yet seen a court decision, we are not ready to comment on it in detail. Anything can follow this court decision. • On April 17, employees of the E -E Center in Pskov detained the municipal deputy Nikolai Kuzmin. Previously, the police had already drawn up the protocol for these photos on Kuzmina, but the court terminated the case due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
