Odessa authorities reported that on the afternoon of April 23, the Russian military attacked the city with cruise missiles.
According to the city authorities, two rockets hit military facilities, two - in residential buildings. Two more missiles were shot down by Ukrainian air defense.
As a result of the shelling, according to preliminary data, five people were killed and 18 were injured, said Andriy Yermak, head of the presidential office, . Among the dead was a three-month-old baby.
Yermak stressed that there could be more victims.
