I/we are foreign agents. Now this is a universal definition of evil in the eyes of power - and anyone can become

The new bill entitled “On Monitoring the Activities of Persons under Foreign Infant” shows that in the tenth year of the struggle with foreign agents and foreign intervention, Russian lawmakers have overshadowed - the westernized way of thinking of individual citizens is not always a consequence of a direct bribery. Well, the worse for them.

In search of foreign financing as a source of infection, power was disappointed not even yesterday. Ino-agents have long and regularly recognized people and organizations whose money ties with abroad are very conditional in nature, or even completely absent (stories about how in court the “foreign agents” found out that this connection is 2000 rubles of debt from the ex-husband of a neighbor, in the past of a citizen of Afghanistan, or transfer of money from one of their accounts in the Russian bank to another through the Foreign Correspondent, already ceased surprise). The status of "Ino -Agent" simply turned into a stamp by personality with a serial number in the register, which does not need to proof.

Now the law is only brought into line with practice, and at the same time they combine several by different reasons and under different “agents” of the created registers into one. According to the new initiative (it was nominated by members of the commission created three years ago to investigate the facts of interference with foreign states in the internal affairs of Russia), a “foreign agent” will continue to be recognized as a person who does not receive any funding from abroad, but receives some support from there, or simply “is under foreign influence”. Supporting in the project is proposed to consider the provision of organizational or scientific and technical assistance, and the influence of “exerting influence on the face, including by coercion, belief and (or) in other ways”.

The formulations, as always, leave a wide scope for interpretation, and it is not even a matter of “exerting an impact” in itself or in “and/or other methods”.
