The court in St. Petersburg ordered the supporter of Navalny to pay 4 million rubles for the work of the police in protests

The court in St. Petersburg ordered the former head of the headquarters of Navalny Irina Fatyanov to pay the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of 3.9 million rubles for the overtime work of police officers for two unauthorized shares in support of Navalny in 2021. Fatyanova wrote about this in her telegram channel.

She clarified that the court did not take into account any arguments of the defense.

• In January 2022, the St. Petersburg Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs appealed to the court demanding to recover almost 4 million rubles from the ex-head of the headquarters of Navalny Irina Fatyanova for the work of employees for protests. Police officers consider it the organizer of the shares on January 23 and 31 last year. The amount of claims consists of payments 1,391 to an employee for overtime work, they allegedly worked extracurrically 1462 days. The court did the consideration of the case closed.
• In April, Fatyanov was arrested for 10 days on charges of organizing a protest rally on January 31 due to a video with an appeal to reach the action. At the same time, on the day of publication of the video - January 27 - the activist was in a special receptionist, where she was serving an arrest for a protest campaign on January 23.
• Protest actions against the authorities and in support of the politician Alexei Navalny in Russian cities were held on January 23 and 31, February 2. The police detained over 10 thousand people throughout Russia, more than two thousand people were detained in St. Petersburg. After protests in St. Petersburg, at least seven criminal cases were instituted.
• At the end of November 2021, Irina Fatyanova left Russia. According to her, she did this after the arrest of the ex-coordinator of the Ufa headquarters of Navalny Lilia Chanysheva.
