The FSB calls for conversations relatives of Russians who left the country to persuade those to return, the Human Rights Project "First Department" reports .

“From the beginning of the war, our lawyers began to receive requests for consultations from people who the FSB tried to make business-they conducted operational-search measures (for example, inspecting the dwelling), but they had not yet been charged and did not open the case. After such people left Russia, they came to their relatives from the FSB and persuaded their relatives to return to the country. According to human rights activists, they know about five such cases, we are talking about relatives of completely different people: students, engineers, bank employees, entrepreneurs.
