In the center of Moscow they detained a picketer with a poster "Freedom Political Prisoner"

In Moscow, the police detained the picketer of Alexei Khayarov when he stood with the poster “Freedom Politzer” at the monument to Marshal Zhukov. He himself informed the OVD-Info about this.

Khayarova was taken to the China-Gorod police department, Ilya Utkin, who collaborates with the ATS-Info, went to his aid.

The picketer was charged with an article about disobedience to the representative of the authorities (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) - according to the police, during the detention, the man "resisted, rested his feet on the cobblestone, grabbed the uniform uniform." Khayarov was left in the department at night.

• Khayarova was already detained on May 3 at the monument to Zhukov - he photographed the anti -war picket Viktor Loginov. As a result, Loginov drew up a protocol under the article on the discrediting of the Russian army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), Khayarov was released without a protocol. The detainees were protected by a lawyer from the OVD-info Ilya Utkin.
