The Ukrainian authorities have launched a donation collection platform, United24. Money will be transferred through it to the accounts of the Ukrainian National Bank

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced the launch of an online platform to collect donations in support of the country called United24. This was reported on the official website of the Ukrainian leader.

The platform will collect donations in three areas: for the defense and demining of the territory of Ukraine, for humanitarian and medical assistance, and for the reconstruction of the country.

Mikhail Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, has been appointed responsible for the activities of United24. Donations will be administered by the Ministries of Defense, Health and Infrastructure.

All received money will be directed to the accounts of the National Bank of Ukraine assigned to the relevant ministries. The National Bank will provide reporting on fundraising every 24 hours. The ministries will report on the distribution of money once a week. Their reports will be checked, among other things, by the Ukrainian branch of the international auditing company Deloitte.

“Everyone can make a one-click donation from any country. It can be both individual conscious citizens, entrepreneurs, and large technology corporations. We fight the enemy every day, fighting for the values ​​of freedom and democracy, and United24 will become the digital service that will unite the entire civilized world to support Ukraine,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
