Pskov: The court upheld the sentence to the family of Milushkin activists

The Pskov Regional Court upheld the sentence to the activist Artem Milushkin and his wife Lie Lie Milushkina, the ex-coordinator of the liquidated movement "Open Russia" in the Pskov region. This was reported to the North. Reali correspondent by Milushkin’s lawyer Leonid Krikun.

According to him, the court refused to defend all petitions.

“This criminal case is the most deceitful, cynical and hypocritical of everything that I saw in my life,” Milushkin said in the last word.

According to lawyer Tatyana Martynova, during the announcement, Artem Milushkin again (as on August 12 in the district court) began to destroy benches in a cage. The bailiffs brought everyone out of the hall, but the mother of activist Irina Milushkina stood in the hall, pressing against the wall, and cried. The bailiffs announced to her that they would draw up a protocol for disobedience, after which Irina Milushkina became ill, she was called an ambulance who took her from the court of the court to the hospital.

"In the current situation, the court, apparently, could not make a different decision. But I believe that the sentence had to be canceled and, in general, in the first instance should have been justifying. There is not a single unprofitable evidence in this case. There is no indisputable evidence that the Milushkin did not have to do the crimes. “Also, the complete cavalry and drug transmission could not be visible, because it was not and cannot be.

The appeal process in the case of the Milushkin family was transferred from January 12, 2022. Then not all participants in the process received a notification of court. In February-March, the courts were canceled due to the illness of lawyers and other participants in the process. At the meeting in April, it turned out that the court of first instance did not introduce Artem with copies of complaints of lawyers, as well as copies of the prosecutor's objections to these complaints.

Milushkins do not admit guilt and consider their job to political revenge for protest activity. According to them, in November 2018, police officers threatened to throw an "ten grams per pocket." The activist reported this to the Investigative Committee, but there they did not find a crime in law enforcement officers.

Milushkin’s mother and wife refused to go out, after which the bailiffs used physical strength to them.
• The magistrate court of Pskov was fined by the mother of activist Irina Milushkin for 500 rubles. Judge Olga Fishova found her guilty of "non -fulfillment of the legal order of the bailiff." The main evidence in the case was a video from the district court, where there was no sound, and the testimony of bailiffs.
