RN-Uvatneftegaz saved more than 2 billion rubles

The total actual economic effect of the introduction of rationalization proposals and initiatives of employees of the company RN-Utneftegaz Rosneft for 2021 amounted to more than 2 billion rubles.

In 2021, the employees of the RN-Utatneftegaz developed and introduced 26 projects into production activities. Among them are measures to reduce the cycle of building wells, increase the efficiency of geological and technical measures, reduce the costs of purchased electricity due to energy supply of objects from temporary energy centers and arranging bush sites, reducing the duration of multi-stage hydraulic fracturing and others.

Over the 5 years of the program for the development of initiatives, the employees of the “RN-Utneftegaz” submitted more than 730 ideas, 95% of which were recognized as rationalization proposals and recommended for implementation. This year, as part of an increase in production efficiency, RN-Utneftegaz plans to implement more than 30 projects.
