Against a police officer who forged the protocols of detained eco -activists, they opened a criminal case

In the Nagatinsky inter-district investigative department of the Moscow South Service, the Moscow South-Western Administrative Offenses initiated a criminal case against the police inspector E. Zlobin, who falsified the protocols of the detained opponents of the construction of the southeastern chord. This was reported by a lawyer from the OTD-Info Julia Tregubova, who represents the interests of the victims.

The police officer shall charify the abnormal powers (part 1 of article 285 of the Criminal Code) and the falsification of evidence in the administrative case (part 1 of article 303 of the Criminal Code). A criminal case was opened in the wake of the detention of six opponents of the construction of the southeastern chord in Moscow and the preparation of administrative protocols on them.

The victims of Larisa Bodrov, the district of the district of the Pechatniki Sergey Vlasov, the deputy of the Moscow City Duma Pavel Tarasov and three more people detained on July 10, 2020, when they arrived at the construction site of the southeastern chord to call local residents-they complained that there was a spill of the chemical waste of unnatural color.

The detainees were taken to the Moskvorech-Saburovo police department to write statements. However, there they were awarded the obligations of the turnout to the department on July 14 of the same year. The activists were going to draw up protocols on illegal penetration of the guarded object. But when they again came to the department, the police decided not to do this.

As a result, the inspector of the Department of Internal Affairs of Moskvorechy-Saburovo Zlobin probably drew up protocols on the legal requirements of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). At the same time, she forged the signatures of the other two security forces. The court found the eco -activists guilty and fined 1000 rubles each.

Opponents of construction filed a complaint against a decision on a fine. As a result, the Moscow City Court canceled the court decision, drawing attention to the fact that the protocols that allegedly made different police officers are actually filled with one person.

The Moscow City Court also issued a private definition in the name of the head of the police in the Southern Administrative District on the inadmissibility of violation of the law. On this basis, the SEAO Security Service of the Internal Affairs Directorate filed a request for a handwriting examination and began the audit.

Currently, several employees of the Moscow-Saburovo department were fired from the place of work. One of them was sent on vacation with subsequent retirement. The status of an inspector Zlobin in a criminal case is still unknown.

• In the spring and summer of 2020, local residents and eco-activists regularly came to the construction site of the southeastern chord near the Moskvorechye railway platform. The concern of the opponents of the construction was caused by the fact that work takes place on the site of the radioactive burial ground. On March 19, 2020, more than 60 people opposed the chords.
