A court in Kaliningrad arrested a local resident

On May 7, a court in Kaliningrad chose a preventive measure for Vyacheslav Popov in the form of detention for two months, his friend Anastasia Nekhaeva told OVD-Info.

Popov is in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Kaliningrad.

Nekhaeva also did not name the article under which the investigative measures are being carried out, but stated that they see an intention to commit a terrorist attack. What status she is in is also unknown.
