On May 9, 2022, during the celebration of Victory Day in the cities of Russia, one could observe an extremely surreal picture of what was happening - portraits of veterans of the Great Patriotic War were adjacent to photographs of soldiers who died in Ukraine and images of Stalin; The symbols of the new propaganda Z and V were everywhere, which entered into a strange and sometimes terrible dialogue with the surrounding holiday. 16 photographers took off how such an important day for a Russian person goes in 16 different cities of the country from Achinsk to Grozny - and thereby created a rather voluminous picture of what today's Russia is.
