Great Britain imposed sanctions against Alina Kabaeva and Putin's relatives

Great Britain imposed sanctions against several Russians. Among them is the ex -wife of the Russian president Lyudmila Ochoratnaya, the alleged mother of two children of Vladimir Putin Alina Kabaeva and relatives of the president. This was reported on the website of the government of the country.

The sanctions list included the cousin of President Igor Putin, his son Roman Putin, the former son of Putin Yuri Shamalov, the son of Putin's cousin Mikhail Shelomov and a classmate of President Viktor Khmarin, as well as grandmother Alina Kabaeva Anna Zatsepila.

Putin's close friend, co -owner of JSC Vital Development Corporation Alexander, Alexander Plekhov, chairman of the board of the Russian Bank, Mikhail Klishin, the head of the Sea Port of Gelendzhik Vladimir Kolbin, also fell under the sanctions.

• Earlier, the United States and other Western countries imposed sanctions against Katerina Tikhonova and Maria Vorontsova, who were officially called the daughters of the Russian President from his now divorced marriage with Lyudmila Putin. The Kremlin de facto admitted that this is so, in response to the news of the sanctions, condemning the West for the introduction of restrictions against family members of Russian politicians. At the same time, the Western countries said that Putin’s “adult children” have imposed, from which we can conclude that the existence of minor children is also implied against which the sanctions have not been imposed.
