Petersburg: The court prohibited the distribution of data on the losses of the Russian army

The court of St. Petersburg granted the military lawsuit to ban data on the losses of the Russian army on four sites. This was reported by the United press service of the city courts.

The military prosecutor’s office of the 301st garrison conducted the audit. The court recognized the information of the following publications forbidden: the " Mirror" in Azerbaijan , the Turkish news agency "Anadola ", the Czech service of CNN and Logist Today .

The court considered that these sites posted information revealing the losses of the personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during a special operation, names, questionnaires of the dead, as well as their personal data. "

The Ministry of Defense of Russia for the first time voiced the losses of the Russian army in Ukraine on March 2. According to the agency, at that time 498 soldiers died, another 1597 were injured. On March 25, the department reported that 1351 Russian soldiers died in Ukraine, another 3825 were injured.
