Krasnoyarsk lawyer was sentenced to 80 hours of compulsory labor under the article on inciting hatred

In Krasnoyarsk, a court assigned lawyer Nikolai Munsky 80 hours of compulsory work under Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses on inciting hatred. This is reported by "Network Freedoms" .

The case was initiated by the Krasnoyarsk FSB. Employees of the local administration handed over to the prosecutor's office materials regarding Munsky. It was about an Instagram post dated June 10, 2021. In it, Munsky commented on the liquidation of Alexei Navalny's structures.

Linguistic examination, carried out on the instructions of the FSB, showed the presence in Munsky's text of signs of incitement of hostility towards persons "united on the basis of conducting professional activities in state authorities."

• FSB officers continue to transfer to the prosecutor's office the materials recorded last year. Nikolai Munsky was already serving 10 days of administrative arrest for publishing prohibited symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) - the case was also initiated by the FSB based on materials recorded last year.
