The Russian Foreign Ministry has published a list of US citizens who are prohibited from entering the country. It has 963 surnames. According to the Russian foreign policy, these people "incite Russophobia."

In the list, representatives of the US authorities, including President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamal Harris, as well as public figures. The sanction list has several dozen senators and more than 400 members of the House of Representatives from both parties - it is actually about all members of the congress who voted for sanctions against Russia, and there are a clear majority in Congress. The list also contains Secretary of State Anthony Blinken (but not his deputy Victoria Nuland) and several members of the Biden administration, including the Minister of Defense Lloyd Austin, as well as the director of the CIA William Burns. Entrance to Russia is prohibited by the director of the Meta extremist corporation Meta Tsuckerberg.

The President of Radio Liberty/Radio Free Europe Jamie Fly is included in the sanctions list. There are also several journalists on the list, including Bellingcat investigator Arik Toler, political scientists, former White House secretary Jen Psaki and even Senator John McCaine who died in 2018. Entrance to Russia is also prohibited by the son of US President Hunter Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Several people in the list are indicated simply as "US citizens", without further details.
